Bentz Transport Products Inc. has an ISO9001:2008 registered quality system for the design, fabrication, assembly and installation of truck sleeper cabs, tow bodies, truck cab modifications and stainless steel accessories. TRA Certification of Elkhart, Indiana is our registrar. Our certificate number is 20206 and our S.I.C. is 3713. We successfully completed our three-year recertification audit to the new ISO9001:2008 standard on January 6, 2009.

Quality Policy
Bentz Transport Products Inc. (Bentz) manufactures aftermarket sleeper cabs, integrated sleeper cabs, crew cabs, off highway cabs and stainless accessories for medium and heavy duty trucks. The goal of Bentz is to provide aftermarket products designed and manufactured to OEM standards, appearance and fit-and-finish. These products must be reliable and durable, meet customer specifications and application requirements, and be delivered on-time. In support of this goal, Bentz continually drives improvements in design, components, functionality, manufacturing, customer service and quality processes. The requirements and principles of the quality system are communicated to employees on a regular basis. All employees are trained in the application of the quality system and participate in the development, implementation and use of the quality system. Supplier participation and customer input are also part of the quality system. The objectives of the quality system are the following.

• Improve product design, reliability, functionality and fit-and-finish, utilizing improved processes, new technologies and components, and customer feedback, while reducing product development time and manufacturing costs, and increasing net income.
• Increase business with existing customers and in existing markets to increase revenues.
• Add new business with new customers and in new markets to reduce impacts of cyclicality in the medium and heavy duty truck market.
• Develop a base of suppliers that support the quality system, offer new technologies and components, and lower purchase costs.
• Deliver products on-time and to customer specifications.

A quality system is both required and necessary for the long-term growth and prosperity of Bentz. The quality system has the full support of the Board of Directors and management. Resources are made available and reviews of progress are made on a regular basis.
